Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate architectural, civil, and MEP drawings
• Handle approval drawings and submission processes.
• Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and project estimates.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in civil engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD with strong attention to detail and knowledge of drawings and estimation.

Role: Business Development Executive

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly quarterly business targets.
• Manage, and follow up on inbound outbound sales leads.
• Handle Enquiries, understand requirements, and maintain strong relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Minimum 1 Year of Experience required
• Prior experience in Architecture field preferred.

Role: Architectural Designer

Responsibilities

• Develop Design concepts, Drawings 3D models.
• Support site visits ensure compliance with codes/regulations
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong Design, visualization Presentation skills.
• Proactive, Organized Team Oriented.
• Manage time effectively across multiple projects.
• Experience 1+ years.
