Social Media Representative

Job Summary:

The Social Media Representative is responsible for managing the company’s social media accounts, responding to customer inquiries, promoting products online, and maintaining positive customer engagement across digital platforms.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Manage and monitor the company’s social media accounts, particularly Facebook and Messenger.
2. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, comments, and messages.
3. Provide accurate product information, pricing, availability, and promotional details.
4. Assist customers with online orders, follow-ups, and concerns.
5. Promote company products, sales campaigns, and marketing activities through social media.
6. Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure proper handling of customer inquiries and leads.
7. Monitor customer feedback and report recurring concerns to the appropriate department.
8. Maintain updated records of inquiries, customer interactions, and sales leads.
9. Prepare regular reports on social media inquiries, engagement, and customer conversion.
10. Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications:

• College level or graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

• At least one (1) year of sales experience is an advantage.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Knowledgeable in Facebook, Messenger, and other social media platforms.

• Customer-oriented, organized, and detail-oriented.

• Able to handle multiple inquiries and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in customer service, online selling, or social media management is an advantage.
