About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media Response Manager (SMRM) Intern to support social media response and digital marketing activities for our client accounts, including banking and other institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage comments, DMs, and queries on client social media accounts.
• Monitor Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X for client accounts.
• Prepare and provide timely, professional responses based on approved guidelines.
• Coordinate with the internal team for complex or sensitive queries.
• Track common queries, feedback, and response requirements.
• Support client social media posting, scheduling, and digital marketing activities.
• Assist with basic social media reporting and analytics.

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong English communication is mandatory.
• Hindi is preferred; Malayalam is an added advantage.
• Interest in social media and digital marketing.
• Basic understanding of banking/financial services is an advantage.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with social media management tools is a plus.

Qualification

MBA / MCA / B.Tech / BBA / B.Com / BA or any relevant degree.
