Social Media Specialist

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Content Creator to manage and grow our social media presence through engaging photo, video, and promotional content that strengthens our brands and supports business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media content strategies and monthly content calendars.
• Create photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, outlets, events, promotions, and campaigns.
• Edit photos and videos and create engaging captions, hashtags, tags, and CTAs.
• Schedule and publish content according to the approved content plan.
• Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, mentions, and audience interactions.
• Support promotional campaigns, events, menu/product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
• Monitor social media performance, trends, reach, engagement, views, and growth.
• Maintain consistency with brand identity, tone, visual standards, and company guidelines.
• Manage and organize content files and support website, email, and online advertising activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Social Media or Content Creation.
• Fresh graduates may be considered with a strong portfolio.
• Proficient in Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Able to create photo and video content from concept through publication.
• Basic knowledge of copywriting, storytelling, and social media analytics.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of ownership.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• A portfolio of previous work is required/preferred.
