• Create engaging, high-quality content including posts, graphics, videos, and photography using media editing tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Manage daily social media activities using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and optimize content delivery.
• Conduct social listening to track brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activities; utilize insights to refine content marketing strategies.
• Implement social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Advertising to increase reach and engagement; monitor ad performance using Google Analytics and marketing analytics tools.
• Analyze social media metrics through analytics dashboards to assess campaign success; prepare reports on media performance analytics and digital marketing performance monitoring.
• Foster positive relationships with followers, influencers, media outlets, and partners through effective communication and relationship management.
• Support public relations efforts by managing online reputation and coordinating with PR teams for integrated campaigns.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in social media marketing, media editing tools, branding techniques, keyword research, and web analytics to continuously enhance our digital presence.

Experience

• Proven experience in social media management within a digital marketing environment or related field.
• Strong proficiency in content creation including writing compelling copy and designing visual assets with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar tools.
• Hands-on experience with social listening tools and social media management platforms such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
• Knowledge of social media advertising platforms like Facebook Ads Manager; ability to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Familiarity with SEO principles, Google Analytics, web analytics tools, and marketing online analytics for data-driven decision making.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze social media data to inform strategy adjustments; experience with media editing for video editing and photography is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with an eye for proofreading and content writing that aligns with branding standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
