Dermatica Medical Clinic is looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven Social Media Specialist with atleast 2 years experience, to manage and grow our digital presence across multiple social media platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, short-form video, community management, and digital marketing, with the ability to maintain a premium and consistent brand image. Previous experience in doing social media in healthcare industry will be an added bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Dermatica Medical Clinic's social media accounts, including Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Plan and maintain monthly and weekly social media content calendars
• Create engaging content ideas for Reels, TikToks, Stories, posts, campaigns, and promotional content
• Film and edit high-quality short-form videos inside the clinic
• Create engaging captions, hooks, CTAs, and social media copy
• Coordinate content shoots with doctors, therapists, staff, models, and influencers
• Stay updated with current social media trends, sounds, formats, and platform updates
• Publish and schedule content consistently across all platforms
• Manage comments, messages, mentions, and online community engagement
• Support influencer collaborations and identify suitable creators for campaigns
• Monitor social media performance, engagement, reach, follower growth, and content performance
• Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements
• Support clinic promotions, launches, offers, events, and marketing campaigns
• Coordinate with the marketing and design team to ensure consistent branding
• Ensure all medical and aesthetic content follows clinic guidelines and applicable advertising requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role
• Previous experience as a Social Media Specialist, Social Media Executive, Content Creator, or similar
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, LinkedIn, X and YouTube
• Experience creating and editing Reels, TikToks, and short-form video content
• Good understanding of photography, videography, lighting, framing, and mobile content creation
• Experience using editing and design tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
• Strong English communication and copywriting skills
• Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple content requirements and deadlines
• Strong understanding of current social media, beauty, skincare, and aesthetic trends
• Knowledge of social media analytics and performance reporting

We are looking for someone who is not only comfortable posting content, but can actively contribute ideas, identify trends, create engaging videos, and help build Dermatica into a distinctive and recognizable aesthetic clinic brand in Dubai.
