SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST

About the role

Join TRIVINDO GROUP and help us build strong digital presence across our subsidiaries and brands as a Social Media Specialist.

Key responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts across TRIVINDO GROUP and its subsidiaries/business units
• Develop content plans, social media strategies, and creative content for multiple brands
• Create engaging content, including copywriting, captions, photos, videos, Reels, and short-form content
• Monitor social media trends and develop relevant campaigns and content ideas
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and PICs across business units
• Manage audience engagement, including comments and direct messages
• Monitor and analyze social media performance and prepare regular reports
• Support promotional campaigns, events, product launches, and brand-building activities

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, Digital Marketing, or related fields
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, Content Creation, or a similar role
• Experience managing multiple brands/accounts is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms
• Good copywriting, communication, and content creation skills
• Familiar with Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, or similar tools
• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Portfolio is required
