Social Media Specialist / Content Creator

Key Responsibilities

● Create and publish content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

● Produce short-form videos (15–60s) and edit b-roll for social platforms.

● Draft content calendar and campaign plans (weekly/monthly).

● Monitor community comments/messages; respond or escalate.

● Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR) and deliver simple weekly reports.

● Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and external vendors.

● Assist with paid social ad setup and basic optimization (nice to have).

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Melaka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Application Question(s):

• Experience with Facebook Ads / TikTok Ads.
• Familiarity with SEO basics and content repurposing.
• Previous experience in B2B / professional services is a plus.
• Submit portfolio / 3 sample posts (image + caption) + 1 short vertical video (≤30s).

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Digital marketing: 2 years (Preferred)
