SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGIST

About the role

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives. Manage daily social media activities across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube, and other platforms. Act as one of the brand's faces and be comfortable appearing on camera and public speaking.

Key responsibilities

• Develop monthly content calendars and ensure content consistency with brand identity and tone of voice
• Coordinate with designers, editors, and marketing team to produce engaging content
• Support campaigns, product launches, and other marketing initiatives across social media
• Optimize content, captions, hashtags, formats, and posting schedules to increase reach and engagement
• Build engagement and maintain positive relationships with followers and online communities
• Monitor social media performance, analyze insights, and prepare regular reports
• Identify opportunities to strengthen engagement and overall online brand reputation

About you

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Social Media Management and/or Content Marketing
• Comfortable in front of the camera and confident in public speaking
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and omnichannel social media strategies
• Experienced in developing content plans, content calendars, and social media campaigns
• Strong copywriting skills
• Familiar with social media analytics, performance tracking, and reporting
• Strong ability to turn strategies into executable campaigns
• Able to collaborate effectively with designers, editors, and marketing teams
