We are looking for a talented and result-oriented Social Media Team Lead to lead our digital and social media operations.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Lead and manage the Social Media & Digital Content Team.
• Develop and implement effective Social Media Strategies for TV Entertainment content.
• Manage and grow Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok & other digital platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook & YouTube Analytics, Insights and Performance Analysis.
• Develop strategies to increase views, watch time, followers, engagement and audience retention.
• Strong understanding of Social Media Monetization Tools, Revenue Generation & Digital Monetization Strategies.
• Plan and execute digital strategies for TV Dramas, Shows, Entertainment Programs, Promos, Shorts, Reels, Clips and Behind-the-Scenes Content.
• Excellent understanding of Content Creation, Content Planning & Social Media Management.
• Knowledge of CRM Tools and audience/community management.
• Practical knowledge of AI Tools for Content Creation, Video Production, Copywriting & Digital Marketing.
• Knowledge of Video Editing Software and Digital Content Production Tools.
• Strong understanding of relevant Social Media Software, Scheduling, Analytics & Management Tools.
• Monitor competitors, entertainment trends, viral content and emerging digital trends.
• Prepare regular Social Media Performance Reports, Analytics & Monetization Reports.
• Work closely with Programming, Production, Marketing and Creative Teams to maximize the digital impact of TV content.

Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor's degree in Media, Marketing, Digital Media, Communications or a relevant field.

Experience: Relevant experience in Social Media, Digital Media, TV/Entertainment or Content Production. Experience with a TV channel or entertainment media organization will be preferred.

The ideal candidate should have a combination of Creative Thinking + Social Media Expertise + Analytics + AI Knowledge + Video Editing + Monetization Skills + Team Leadership.
