Social Media Team Leader

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Social Media Team Leader to supervise a team responsible for social media content creation, account management, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate combines creative direction, technical expertise, and team leadership to deliver quality content and meet client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and monitor social media team members to ensure productivity and quality output.
• Oversee content calendars, content creation, scheduling, publishing, and account management.
• Review content for brand consistency, quality, and alignment with client objectives.
• Monitor social media analytics, evaluate campaign performance, and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve concerns and meet deliverables.

Required Technical Skills

• Social Media Platforms: Hands-on experience with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Content Planning: Ability to develop content calendars, plan campaigns, and maintain consistent publishing schedules.
• Analytics and Reporting: Ability to interpret reach, engagement, impressions, follower growth, clicks, and other relevant performance metrics.
• Social Media Management Tools: Experience with Meta Business Suite and scheduling or management tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
• Content Creation Tools: Working knowledge of Canva and basic image or video editing tools.
• Paid Social Media: Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, campaign objectives, audience targeting, and performance monitoring is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts, deadlines, and priorities.

Pay: From Php314.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
