Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, or chat channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to software products in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement solutions for complex problems.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in an International Technical Support role.
- Strong communication skills with excellent verbal and written English proficiency.
- Ability to work on rotational shifts including evenings (US shift) from Monday to Friday.
