Social Media Trainee

About:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Trainee who is passionate about interiors, home décor, fashion, lifestyle content and social media trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing TIA's Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and other social media platforms.
• Create engaging content ideas for Reels, Stories, Posts and Carousels.
• Research trending Reels, audios, hashtags and social media formats.
• Assist in developing and maintaining TIA's monthly content calendar.
• Coordinate product shoots, lifestyle shoots and content creation.
• Assist with styling products for photoshoots and social media content.
• Write creative captions, product descriptions and promotional copy.
• Assist in influencer collaborations and creator outreach.
• Monitor comments, DMs and audience engagement.
• Track social media performance and prepare basic reports.
• Support festive campaigns, product launches, offers and promotional campaigns.
• Stay updated with trends in interior design, luxury décor, lifestyle and visual aesthetics.
• Collaborate with the design, marketing and e-commerce teams.

Candidate Requirements

• Fresher or 0–1 year of experience in social media/digital marketing.
• Strong interest in Instagram, Reels, Pinterest and visual content.
• Good communication and creative writing skills.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and content formats.
• Good eye for aesthetics, styling and visual presentation.
• Basic knowledge of Canva is preferred.
• Knowledge of CapCut/InShot or other video editing tools is an added advantage.
• Interest in interior design, home décor, luxury lifestyle or fashion will be preferred.
• Proactive, creative and willing to experiment with new content ideas.
