Job Summary:
We're delighted to be adding a polished and proactive Social Media & VIP Concierge Specialist to deliver a first-class experience to our high-value clients and guests. This dual-focus post pairs white-glove concierge support — taking care of bookings, reservations, and special requests — with hands-on social media management that lifts the visibility of our properties. The right person is an exceptional communicator who reads needs before they surface, sorts problems gracefully, and brings a creative eye to building an audience across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Give first-class concierge support to high-value clients and guests, answering questions and reading their needs ahead of time
• Coordinate and look after property bookings from first request through to confirmation
• Arrange reservations for restaurants, golf, excursions, and other premium guest experiences
• Research and set out alternative options when a requested service or booking isn't available
• Build and keep professional relationships with restaurants, venues, and service providers
• Set up, look after, and grow dedicated social media pages for individual properties across Facebook and Instagram
• Produce and schedule branded content — photos, posts, and captions — that promotes properties and drives bookings
• Run social media campaigns that reach new audiences and pull traffic outside traditional booking channels
• Answer comments, inquiries, and direct messages across social media platforms promptly
• Treat sensitive client information with the utmost professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven customer service or concierge record, ideally with high-end or VIP clients
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal, with clarity under pressure
• Time spent looking after social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram), content creation and engagement included
• Strong organizational skills and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Capacity to treat confidential client information with professionalism and discretion
• Proactive mindset with the knack for reading needs ahead of time and sorting issues solo
• Dependable, precise, and able to work solo
• Strong communication skills and a warm, professional manner

Preferred Skills:

• Record in luxury hospitality, travel, real estate, or another premium-service industry
• Familiarity with TikTok and short-form content creation
• Footing in travel booking, reservations, or itinerary coordination
• Track record of growing social media followings and running branding campaigns
• Capacity to keep several platforms and projects going at once
