We're eager to find a talented Social Media Manager and Video Editor to join our team and help our content come alive. You'll shape raw video footage into polished, ready-to-publish content and then handle its rollout across our social channels. The role suits someone who blends strong editing skills with social media instincts and can work on their own after an initial walkthrough.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cut raw video footage into polished, ready-to-publish videos
• Post and publish finished content across social media channels
• Run a recurring content workflow, from the raw footage handoff to the final published post
• Return edited content within agreed timeframes
• Hold a consistent visual style and quality across every video and post
• Keep us updated proactively on progress, turnaround times, and any questions
• Operate independently after initial training, with little ongoing supervision

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven social media video editing experience, supported by a strong portfolio
• At ease managing and publishing content across social media platforms
• Able to work flexibly around a recurring content handoff schedule and meet turnaround deadlines
• Detail-conscious, dependable, and able to self-direct
• Strong communication skills, including clear updates on progress and turnaround

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in content creation or personal branding
• Fast learner who can pick up workflows with light initial guidance
• Open to taking on more hours and responsibility as trust grows
• Working knowledge of best practices for posting and scheduling on social platforms
