Established over 40 years ago in 1984, Jimmy Stuart has a rapidly growing ecommerce business dispatching globally, a flagship store in Mosman and sells to stores across Australia.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

A passionate, motivated and creative individual with a love for the fashion world to join our small, close-knit team in West Ryde.

Casual position, 3-4 days per week

Your role will include:

• Assisting the Marketing team in uploading/scheduling unique and engaging posts and videos to the brands social media channels.
• Plan and curate engaging content, including posts, stories, and videos, that align with client branding and goals.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Design and build a weekly email newsletter showcasing new arrivals, restocks, promotions and brand stories.
• Help maintain product listings, descriptions and imagery on the website.
• Interacting with customers by phone, email, social media and in person in a friendly, supportive and efficient way.
• Assist the production team on upcoming collections when necessary
• Picking and processing online orders.
• Complete regular stocktake to ensure all styles/sizes are available for purchase on our website.
• Identifying and resolving issues.
• General office duties.

We are looking for someone with:

• A passion for the fashion industry and social media marketing.
• Familiar with Facebook, Instagram and TikTok channels.
• Familiar with platforms such as Shopify, Omnisend, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud and CapCut or confident learning new tools quickly.
• Enthusiastic about content and video content creation.
• You can manage recurring deadlines, follow a brief and take initiative.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Capability to resolve customer issues.
• Excellent written & verbal communication.
• Work with a sense of urgency and a commitment to quality.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Great time management skills and highly organised.
• Adaptable and flexible.
• Able to work autonomously and be proactive, as well as being a team player.
• Sewing experience an advantage.

Driving license (Required)

Casual position, 3-4 days per week.
