Social Services Designee

Currently seeking a skilled and driven Social Services Designee to welcome our ever-growing team!

Day in the Life / Expectations:

• Assists with patient evaluation in the Social Services Department in accordance with federal, state and local standards.
• Contributes to ensuring all established policies and procedures are met for related emotional and social needs of the resident.
• Work closely with the healthcare staff members, community agencies and others in an effort to meet the needs of the resident through the development of social service programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree preferred
• Must be a self-starter able to work independently and efficiently
• Reliable transportation

Pay: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour
