We're looking for an ambitious and talented, freelance Social Strategist, to help us transform brand platforms into a social strategy that people engage with. That means how the brand behaves on each channel, what it posts, and why it works in-feed.

What You'll Do

• Translate brand platforms into social behaviour, content formats and engagement tactics, channel by channel
• Audit how competitors and the category behave on social, quickly, and pull out insights the team can act on
• Write clear social visions, content pillars and launch roadmaps
• Build the content architecture for brands launching or relaunching on social
• Give creative teams practical direction on what works in-feed and what doesn't
• Build the channel and market architecture call across multiple international markets, with migration logic client stakeholders can approve in the room
• Synthesise multiple research inputs, audience, media, and social listening, into one point of view the deck stands on

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years in Social Strategy
• A portfolio of channel-native strategies you led, beyond one-off campaigns
• Working knowledge of platform behaviours and how they change by channel and market
• Comfortable moving between big-picture strategy and the detail of individual posts and formats
• You'll be fluent across the organic social landscape
• GCC experience preferred.
• Available from November 2026 onwards, working UAE hours if remote
