Social Worker Assistant

Bright Day ADHC/ CBAS, is seeking to hire a (preferred Spanish speaking)

**Social Worker/ Social Worker Assistant ,**who is responsible for conducting initial assessments and six-month reassessments of each participant's mental, social and emotional status, develop individualized plans of care, provide group and/ or individual counseling to participants, assist in providing case management services and other duties as needed. Must have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited school in Social Work, Sociology or Psychology. He/ she must have a minimum of two year's experience working in a social services setting.
