Join our San Francisco, CA team! We’re seeking a Social Worker Assistant earning $36.92 - $41.85/hr to support older adults through compassionate, coordinated care in a PACE setting.

Requirements to Apply

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field.

• Current BLS certification.

• Current First Aid certification.

• Fluent in English and Cantonese and/or Mandarin; strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
