As a Social Worker Associate, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Casework Support: Reach out to clients, gather background information, and assist in implementing and monitoring care or intervention plans under supervision.
• Resource Coordination: Connect clients with external community agencies, manage service referrals, and process financial assistance applications.
• Program Facilitation: Help organize and run community outreach events, groupwork, or specialized workshops.
• Administration: Handle general paperwork, track data and statistics, maintain client records, and manage front-desk queries.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Social Work or equivalent field.
