Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Assess client needs through interviews, home visits, and collaboration with other service providers
• Provide crisis intervention and crisis management during emergencies or high-stress situations
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, service plans, and progress reports using TurboTar
• Facilitate communication between clients, families, community agencies, and multidisciplinary teams
• Conduct conflict management to resolve disputes and promote positive relationships among clients and their families

Skills

• Extensive experience working with families, and culturally diverse communities
• Certified in CPR and First Aid; experience with crisis intervention and crisis management techniques
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse populations effectively (preferred)
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—to clearly convey information and advocate for clients
• Skilled in conflict management to de-escalate tense situations calmly and professionally
• Ability to handle high-risk populations with sensitivity, patience, and professionalism
