Qualifications: Requires a High School Diploma and a Master’s in Social Work. Must hold an active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) license valid in Texas.
Experience & Skills: Preferred candidates have at least 2 years of experience in social work and counseling. Strong interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills are essential for effective patient support.
Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive social services, coordinate with healthcare teams, and support patient and family needs. Ensure compliance with certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days and SAFE Approach Level III within 6 months of hire.
