Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate structured and therapeutic group therapy sessions based on resident needs and individualized treatment goals
- Conduct clinical assessments to identify resident strengths, needs, preferences, and treatment goals
- Develop, implement, monitor, and regularly review individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate, timely, confidential, and complete clinical documentation
- Monitor resident progress and modify treatment interventions when clinically appropriate
Qualifications
- Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
- Current MSW, LPC, or LLP credential/license in the State of Michigan required.
