• Membership in the Ordre professionnel des travailleurs sociaux du Québec.

• Ability to set short term objectives and use a solution focused approach;
• Recent and demonstrated experience in providing mental health support services;
• Strong crisis assessment and crisis management skills;
• Knowledge of the secondary and post-secondary educational systems, especially in Québec;
• Excellent English oral and written skills (to be tested);
• Strong French oral and written skills (to be tested);
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint (to be tested);
• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team;
• Psychotherapy permit (an asset);
• Knowledge of Canva (an asset).
