Social Worker, LMSW

Job Summary:

Agate Integrated and Behavioral Healthcare Services is a community-based outpatient behavioral health clinic located in Baltimore Maryland. We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Social Worker to join our team. As a Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing counseling and support services to individuals facing various challenges. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work, creating treatment plans, crisis intervention, and addiction counseling.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct intake assessments to identify clients' needs and develop treatment plans.
• Provide individual sessions to address mental health issues and behavioral concerns.
• Offer crisis intervention and management services to clients in distress.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Advocate for clients' rights and access to necessary resources.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with regulations.
• Submit authorizations, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Maryland LMSW License is required.
• Intermediate to advance computer literacy skills and electronic health record systems.
• Proven experience in workforce development, crisis intervention, crisis management, addiction counseling, and behavioral health.
• Strong background in childcare, child welfare, social work, and supervising roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach towards clients' needs.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
