JOB SUMMARY

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assist customers through phone, Viber, or email

2. Handle inquiries on Facebook pages

3. Request out of stock to Purchasing Department (with PO/SO)

4. Prepare quotations

5. Schedule posting of content on Facebook pages

6. Monitor traffic per day (with Google Sheet)

7. Coordinate the delivery/payment interlink with the Fulfillment Department of closed deal customer

8. Coordinate the availability of stocks to update customers

9. Handle end-to-end online inquiries and collections

10. Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, images, and videos)

11. Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and generate reports

12. Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions

13. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

1. Must be a graduate of any business course

2. Must have at least 6 months of experience in handling customer service in social media or social media management

3. Demonstrable experience as an e-commerce associate.

4. Knowledgeable about consumer preferences, particularly as these relate to e-commerce.

5. Unrivaled organizational, teamwork, and quality assurance skills.

6. Phenomenal market research skills.

7. Superb data analysis and report writing abilities.

8. A stickler for precision, creativity, and excellence.

9. Eager about the role of technology in promoting business.
