Soda Barista

We’re looking for energetic, dependable, and friendly Soda Baristas to join the Pop Posse team!

Our Soda Baristas are responsible for creating drinks accurately and quickly, helping customers find their new favorite combination, keeping the shop clean and organized, and making sure every customer leaves feeling welcomed.

Responsibilities

Greet customers with a friendly, positive attitude

Prepare dirty sodas, energy drinks, coffees, and other specialty drinks according to Pop Posse recipes

Customize drinks based on customer requests

Take orders and process payments using our POS system

Work both the front counter and drive-thru

Serve cookies and other menu items

Maintain accurate portioning of syrups, creams, purées, and other ingredients

Restock cups, lids, syrups, ice, and other supplies throughout the shift

Keep drink stations, counters, equipment, lobby, and work areas clean and organized

Follow proper food-safety and sanitation procedures

Complete opening and closing duties when assigned

Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining accuracy

Communicate well with coworkers and help create a positive team environment

Provide excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally.

Previous restaurant, coffee shop, soda shop, or customer-service experience is helpful, but not required. We’re happy to train the right person!

Physical Requirements:

Employees should be comfortable standing for extended periods, bending, reaching, lifting supplies, and performing routine cleaning and restocking duties.

Schedule

Part-time. Applicants should have flexible availability, including some evenings and Saturdays.
