Job description:

We are looking for a SOFC process research specialist in Weifang (work remotely is also accepted) responsible for guiding battery film preparation, including the design, setup, and mass production operations of battery production lines; controlling core process parameters, anticipating and resolving quality risks, swiftly identifying and troubleshooting production faults, while ensuring production line stability and product yield rates.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

1. Proficient in battery film preparation technology with expertise in core process steps; capable of independently completing production line process design, parameter debugging, and standardization implementation.

2. Experienced in end-to-end production line planning and equipment selection; skilled in establishing SOPs and process standardization systems.

3. Proficient in identifying deviations through data analysis; master solutions for quality issues like cracking and deformation; equipped with rapid emergency response capabilities to minimize losses.

Qualifications & Experiences:

1. Education: Bachelor degree or above.

Major in Material, Chemical Technology, Mechanical Engineering preferred .

2. Working experience: Over 8 years of relevant experience in production lines .

3. Languages: Fluent in English or Chinese.
