Duties

• Welcome children and their guardians with a warm, friendly attitude, providing excellent guest service at all times
• Monitor the soft play area to ensure safety protocols are followed and prevent any unsafe behavior
• Keep the play environment clean, tidy, and well-maintained by regularly sanitizing equipment and surfaces
• Assist children with play activities, encouraging inclusive participation and ensuring everyone feels comfortable
• Manage guest inquiries, provide information about the facility’s rules and offerings, and address any concerns promptly
• Support management in organizing special events or themed activities within the soft play area
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold high standards of hospitality

Qualifications

• Previous experience in management or hospitality roles is advantageous but not required; enthusiasm and a customer-focused mindset are essential
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and team members
• Ability to remain energetic, attentive, and proactive during busy periods
• Basic understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to child play environments
• Flexibility to work part-time hours including weekends and evenings as needed
