Duties

• Supervise children during their time in the soft play area, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
• Engage with children and parents to provide friendly, attentive guest services that enhance their experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the soft play zone, including sanitizing equipment regularly
• Monitor the area for hazards or maintenance needs and report issues promptly to management
• Manage guest flow during busy periods to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all visitors
• Enforce rules and guidelines to promote safe play while encouraging positive interactions among children
• Assist with setting up and packing away play equipment as needed to support daily operations
