Soft Play Centre Supervisor

Are you an enthusiastic, reliable and organised person with experience in supervising and managing a team? We’re looking for a motivated Soft Play Centre Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day running of our centre and ensure a safe, fun and welcoming environment for children and families.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

• Experience in supervising and managing a team.
• Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (essential).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
• A friendly, positive and customer-focused attitude.
• The ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
• A good understanding of health and safety, cleanliness and child safeguarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, support and motivate staff.
• Oversee the daily running of the soft play centre.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food hygiene and safety.
• Ensure excellent customer service.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Ensure staff follow health and safety procedures.
• Help create a safe, fun and enjoyable experience for all visitors.

Previous supervisory or management experience and a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate are essential. Experience in soft play, hospitality or leisure would be an advantage.
