Soft Services Administrator

• Assisting Director and Team on all departmental activities, including the maintenance of department ISO Standard Operating Procedures.
• Coordinating and working closely with other department within the company and client.
• To coordinate the creation of all required departments files, tracking reports and schedules.
• To be responsible for the accuracy of all tracking reports.
• To create and maintain a detailed record of supporting documentation.
• To assist in the preparation of PowerPoint presentations.
• To keep the filing system in order.
• Compile department monthly KPI and relevant data. Carry out analysts on the data.
• Tracking, follow up and update all pending job logs and also data analysts finding.

Job Specifications

• Diploma in any field or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in similar industry.
• Knowledge in office managements and handling documentation.
• Good communication skill.
• Computer literate with Microsoft office, advantage with power BI and good excel skill.
