Soft Services Facility Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations of soft services such as housekeeping, laundry, linen supply, and pest control.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and hygienic environment for students, staff, and visitors.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services while controlling costs.
• Monitor inventory levels of consumables and equipment to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization.

Job Requirements :

• 4-9 years' experience in facility management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of facility operations, including soft services like housekeeping, laundry, etc.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure while meeting deadlines.
