Soft Services Manager

• Ensure high standards of housekeeping, cleanliness, hygiene, horticulture, and aesthetic upkeep across the property during possession, fit-out, and operations.
• Plan, supervise, and monitor daily soft service activities across residential/commercial project premises.
• Manage housekeeping staff, supervisors, vendors, and service partners to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Ensure proper cleaning and upkeep of common areas, lobbies, corridors, washrooms, parking areas, external areas, and other facility spaces.
• Monitor hygiene standards and ensure compliance with defined SOPs, checklists, and service standards.
• Supervise horticulture and landscaping activities, including plant maintenance, lawn upkeep, pruning, watering, and seasonal plantation.
• Ensure the overall aesthetic presentation and cleanliness of the property is maintained as per project standards.
• Coordinate with project, engineering, security, and other facility teams during possession and fit-out activities.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify gaps in housekeeping, hygiene, landscaping, and overall facility upkeep.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for manpower deployment, service quality, consumables, and timely completion of activities.
• Monitor housekeeping consumables, equipment, and inventory and ensure optimum utilization.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports, inspection reports, attendance records, and service performance reports.
• Handle customer/occupant complaints related to housekeeping, cleanliness, hygiene, landscaping, and common-area maintenance.
• Ensure proper waste management and adherence to environmental, safety, and hygiene standards.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
