We’re Hiring: Soft Services Manager | Facilities Management

I City Services is looking for an experienced Soft Services Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar.

We are seeking a hands-on FM professional with strong experience in soft services operations, team management, client relations, quality control, and service delivery.

Key Qualifications:

* Minimum 5 years of Soft Services Management experience within the FM industry, preferably in Qatar or GCC
* Strong knowledge of cleaning, deep cleaning, specialized/industrial cleaning, swimming pool cleaning, landscaping, pest control, waste management, and hospitality services
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
* Experience managing multicultural cleaning/soft services teams across multiple sites
* Knowledge of cleaning standards, chemicals, equipment, and health & safety practices
* Strong vendor and supplier management experience
* Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee day-to-day soft services operations across assigned sites
* Supervise and manage soft services supervisors and cleaning teams
* Ensure service delivery meets client SLAs, quality standards, and HSE requirements
* Conduct site inspections and quality audits
* Manage cleaning consumables, equipment, and PPE inventory
* Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors
* Handle client feedback and service-related complaints
* Train and onboard new staff on company standards and procedures
* Manage soft services budgets and monitor operational costs
* Prepare regular reports on service performance, staffing, and operational matters
* Support business development, client communication, estimation, and project costing
