Soft Services Manager

We are looking for an experienced Soft Services Manager to oversee housekeeping, waste management, and linen services within a hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage housekeeping, waste management, and linen services.
• Plan manpower requirements and staff schedules.
• Conduct quality audits and monitor KPIs.
• Coordinate with the hospital Infection Control Committee.
• Train and supervise staff.
• Ensure compliance with hospital standards and infection-prevention protocols.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality / Business Administration / Health Sciences.
• Infection-control or housekeeping management certification preferred.
• 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing housekeeping / environmental services in hospitals.
• Knowledge of infection-prevention cleaning protocols, medical-waste handling regulations, and CBAHI / JCI Environment-of-Care standards.
