SOFT SERVICES MANAGER | BGC, TAGUIG

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations across a portfolio of facilities and client sites.
• Build strong relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team, creating a positive and high-performing workplace.
• Manage budgets, costs, and financial performance to achieve agreed targets.
• Drive service excellence and introduce best practices to improve operations and add value.
• Oversee maintenance, soft services, suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure all services meet contractual, quality, health & safety, and compliance requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and grow the business.
• Work closely with clients, internal teams, and Business Development to deliver great results.
• Monitor performance and provide regular updates on financial, operational, and people matters.
• Support a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and innovation.
• Take on new challenges and projects as the business and client needs evolve.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 3 years’ experience in Soft Services or Facilities Management.
• Experience leading and managing a team.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
• First Aid certification is required.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
• Knowledge of planned maintenance and service management.
• Comfortable using computers and preparing reports and presentations.
• Relevant qualifications or equivalent industry experience.
• Good understanding of contracts, budgets, and financial management.
• Proactive and always looking for ways to improve services and add value.
• Professional and confident when working with clients.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Committed to workplace health, safety, and compliance.
• Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
