SOFT SERVICES SUPERVISOR

• Supervise and coordinate daily site teams and ensure work is completed as per schedule.
• Monitor staff attendance, performance, grooming, and discipline.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure service quality and safety standards are maintained.
• Coordinate with clients and report site issues, complaints, and requirements to the Operations Manager.
• Prepare and submit daily service reports, checklists, and work completion reports.
• Ensure proper use and availability of chemicals, tools, equipment, and PPE.
• Coordinate emergency and additional service requirements.
• Support site surveys, manpower deployment, and operational planning.
• Ensure company procedures and client requirements are strictly followed.
• Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in FM, cleaning, pest control, swimming pool, or other soft services.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Good communication and team-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and work under pressure.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
