Soft Skill Trainer

• Conduct soft skills training programs for sales, service, and customer relationship teams.
• Improve employees’ communication, presentation, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
• Train employees in professional etiquette, grooming, telephone etiquette, and workplace behaviour.
• Develop training materials, presentations, and role-play activities relevant to the automobile industry.
• Provide training on customer satisfaction, complaint handling, negotiation, and relationship management.
• Conduct induction and orientation programs for new employees.
• Assess employee performance before and after training and provide constructive feedback.
• Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and improve employee performance.
• Motivate employees to maintain professional standards and deliver excellent customer service.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
