About Catalyst Education

Catalyst Education is looking for a confident, energetic, and passionate Soft Skills Trainer to help students improve their communication, personality, professional behaviour, and workplace readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct soft skills training sessions for students and job seekers.
• Train students in spoken English, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Deliver sessions on personality development, confidence building, and professional etiquette.
• Prepare students for interviews, group discussions, presentations, and workplace communication.
• Conduct mock interviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Train students in teamwork, leadership, time management, and problem-solving.
• Develop engaging training materials, activities, and practical exercises.
• Monitor student progress and provide individual guidance where required.
• Coordinate with academic and placement teams to improve students’ employability.
• Maintain training schedules, attendance, and performance reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; relevant certifications are an advantage.
• 1–3 years of experience in soft skills training, communication training, or personality development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong command of English and Malayalam.
• Ability to engage students and manage classroom sessions effectively.
• Good interpersonal skills, confidence, and a positive attitude.
• Experience in EdTech, education, or placement training is preferred.
