Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and deliver behavioral training programs for clients across various industries, focusing on soft skills such as communication, leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving.
• Develop customized training materials and presentations to meet client needs and expectations.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in employee performance and develop targeted training solutions.
• Provide coaching and feedback to participants during the training process.

Job Requirements :

• 2-5 years of experience in corporate training or a related field.
• Strong expertise in behavioral training, leadership training, and soft skills development.
