Soft Skills Trainer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and deliver soft skills training programs for aspirants.
• Develop and maintain relationships with aspirants to understand their requirements and provide tailored curriculum.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in corporate training, learning & development, or related field.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, behavioral sciences, and psychology.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
