Soft Skills Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive training curriculums, learning materials, and assessment tools tailored to learner needs.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in soft skills training and integrate them into program design.
• Facilitate engaging workshops that motivate and inspire participants.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and measurable performance outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
• Provide reports and insights on training effectiveness and suggest improvements.

Skills & Requirements

• Prior experience in training, human resource management, or career counseling will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse learners.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and facilitation skills.
• Creative mindset with a passion for teaching and continuous learning.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in soft skills (communication, leadership, negotiation, etc.) preferred.
