Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Needs Assessment: Identify skill gaps and evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of students or employees.
- Curriculum Design: Create tailored lesson plans, presentations, role-plays, and interactive modules covering communication, emotional intelligence, and leadership.
- Session Delivery: Facilitate engaging, practical workshops utilizing group discussions, mock interviews, and real-life simulations.
- Mentoring and Feedback: Provide personalized, one-on-one coaching to build participant confidence and improve workplace behavior.
- Performance Tracking: Maintain training records, analyze participant progress, and report outcomes to stakeholders.
