Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Soft Skills Trainer with a strong command of English to train candidates in communication, personality development, and professional workplace skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions on spoken English and communication skills.
• Train candidates in soft skills, personality development, and professional etiquette.
• Improve candidates’ confidence, presentation skills, and interpersonal communication.
• Conduct group discussions, role-plays, and mock interview sessions.
• Assess candidates’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Prepare training materials and interactive learning activities.

Requirements

• Good command of English, including speaking, writing, and grammar.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain concepts clearly in an engaging manner.
• Confidence in conducting classroom or group training sessions.
• Graduate in any discipline; English, Education, or related fields preferred.
• Freshers with excellent English communication skills can also apply.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in spoken English or soft skills training.
• Knowledge of personality development and interview preparation.
• Ability to motivate and engage learners.
