Job SummaryWe are seeking a charismatic and results-driven Soft Skills Trainer to enhance the professional growth of our employees. You will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful training programs that focus on communication, emotional intelligence, leadership, and workplace etiquette. Your goal is to shape a culture of excellence and improve the overall "people skills" across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Training Needs Analysis (TNA): Identify skill gaps within teams through surveys, interviews, and performance data
• Curriculum Design: Develop engaging training modules, workshops, and materials (PowerPoint, handouts, activities)
• Delivery: Conduct high-energy training sessions (in-person or virtual) that encourage participation and practical learning
• Coaching: Provide one-on-one feedback and coaching to employees to help them overcome specific interpersonal challenges
• Evaluation: Measure the effectiveness of training programs using feedback forms and by monitoring post-training performance improvements
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest trends in corporate training, behavioral psychology, and leadership development

• Communication Skills: Verbal/non-verbal, active listening, and persuasive speaking
• Interpersonal Skills: Conflict resolution, networking, and team building
• Professionalism: Business etiquette, grooming, time management, and email writing
• Leadership: Critical thinking, decision making, and emotional intelligence (EQ)
• Presentation Skills: Building confidence for public speaking and client pitches

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 2-5 years of experience as a Soft Skills Trainer or Corporate Coach
• Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
• Public Speaking: Exceptional command over English and [Insert Local Language if applicable] with a neutral accent
• Creative Thinking: Ability to turn "boring" topics into fun, interactive learning experiences
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office (specifically PowerPoint) and virtual training tools (Zoom, MS Teams, MENTI)

Preferred Attributes

• Certification in NLP, TTT (Train the Trainer), or MBTI is a significant advantage
• A background in hospitality, aviation, or premium customer service is highly valued
• Strong "presence"someone who can walk into a room and command attention naturally
