  • Conduct feasibility studies, gap analysis, and impact assessments for new system implementations and enhancements.

Software Project Management

  • Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of software application projects from initiation through deployment.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including software developers, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, infrastructure teams, and external vendors.

Software Solution & System Management

  • Review and validate proposed technical solutions to ensure they meet business objectives and functional requirements.
  • Oversee software implementation, system integration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinate defect resolution, and ensure successful production releases.

  • Ensure software applications comply with organizational standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.

Data Analysis & Quantitative Problem Solving

  • Analyze business data, system usage trends, and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop logical process models, workflow diagrams, and data models to improve software functionality.
  • Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy across applications and reporting systems.
  • Support dashboard development, business intelligence reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Utilize mathematical and statistical reasoning to evaluate project risks, estimate project resources, and optimize project planning.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary liaison between business users, technical teams, vendors, and management.
  • Provide technical guidance and direction to software development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and project reviews.
  • Mentor junior Business Analysts, Project Coordinators, or software team members where applicable.
  • Promote best practices in business analysis, project management, and software delivery.

Documentation & Continuous Improvement

  • Prepare and maintain functional specifications, business requirement documents (BRD), system requirement specifications (SRS), process documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and technology innovation.
  • Recommend improvements based on business analysis, user feedback, and system performance.

Requirements
