Software and Data Solutions Manager

We are looking for a Senior Manager – Software & Data Solutions to lead the design, development, and integration of software and data systems that accelerate our digital transformation and optimize business performance across the organization.

Reporting directly to the Digital Transformation Director, you will bridge strategic leadership with agile execution—managing high-performing development teams, overseeing vendor integrations, and crafting end-to-end tech architectures that turn business priorities into high-impact digital solutions.

What You’ll Do:

Drive End-to-End Solution Architecture & Delivery: Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable software applications and data analytics systems (including ERP integrations, Appsheet, Tableau, and DBeaver) to optimize operations and enable data-driven decision-making.

Manage Agile Project Planning & Execution: Define technical scope, manage project timelines, allocate resources, and oversee execution to deliver digital transformation initiatives on time and within budget.

Lead & Develop High-Performing Teams: Coach, mentor, and build technical capabilities within your engineering and data development team, managing performance reviews, career growth, and talent retention.

Partner with Key Stakeholders & Senior Leadership: Collaborate closely with department heads, business leaders, and end-users to capture requirements, communicate technical strategy, and maintain alignment with overarching business goals.

Manage Vendors & Governance: Direct external vendor/partner deliverables (managing 2–4 software/system partners across PHP and USD budgets), manage operating subscriptions, and enforce technical security, integration, and scalability standards.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Software/Application Development, Data Analytics, and functional leadership roles involving Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) integrations.

Technical Mastery: Advanced skills in application architecture, data integration platforms, database management (e.g., DBeaver, SAP ecosystem), reporting platforms (Tableau), and low-code/agile tools (Google Workspace, Appsheet).

Project & Agile Leadership: Demonstrated track record leading cross-functional tech initiatives using Agile and Waterfall project management frameworks.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Proven competence in negotiating vendor contracts, monitoring SLAs, managing subscription budgets, and presenting strategic technical updates to C-level executives.

People Leadership: Strong supervisory experience with direct decision-making responsibility for hiring, work coordination, and performance management.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
