What they need
Lead ERP implementation, process digitalization, data governance, and software projects. Manage integrations, testing, training, vendors, and user adoption while supporting India localization and global ERP rollout.
Required Candidate profile
5+ years in ERP with 2+ manufacturing go-lives. Strong MRP, BOM, production, warehouse, and traceability expertise. Odoo 16+ preferred; SAP/Dynamics/Oracle, Azure, SQL, APIs, and Python/XML knowledge.
